Nurse's Heart

First Day Back

I had to wake up early today—6 a.m. early. I was so used to staying up until 2 a.m. to talk to my brother and friends. Today has been going pretty fast, to be fair. I missed part of my first class to get breakfast with my FP. When I asked what she wanted, she said "pickles." I cried a little. There is a place near our school that sells those big pickles from America, and she really enjoys the sour ones. However, they have only been selling the spicy ones lately, so we agreed to just get energy drinks for today.

We want to get our major art project done, which is 40 A3 pages, but we can split it into two 20-page assignments. Most of the day is easy, just a bunch of classes. I am extremely far ahead in one of my classes since I thought the final was due during the holidays, but it turns out it's due in six weeks.

As I mentioned, my FP brought up the idea of cutting some people off since they spam message me a lot about their issues. I had no issue at first, but two of them kept me up until 3 a.m. talking about their relationship, even after I told them I needed to sleep and rest since I was helping them during the school day as well. This became more of an issue when one of them started sending me images of blood. I had seen them, but my friend and I just hid out in the senior room to do work.

That reminds me—I passed my psychology test! I'm not the best at tests, so I was really surprised. It may be my worst grade, but I still passed and will improve the grade through assignments.
